Back to the roots

The evening begins with small bites. Flavours follow at their own pace, each with a story and room to linger. With Back to the roots, we return to what draws us to cooking: the ingredient itself, its character, and the ways it can surprise us when we give it our full attention.

Choose the shorter 5/11 evening or the longer 7/17 experience, where cryoconcentration has a special place: cold slowly reveals a deeper, purer expression of flavour. Both menus take you from opening bites to final sweet moments. The difference is the length of the journey.

Miza za štiri is in Zgornja Polskava, away from the pace of the city. The address will bring you to us; the rest of the journey happens around the table.

Before you arrive

Leave room for the evening.

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 17.00–22.00. By reservation only. Last reservation at 19.00. Allow roughly three hours, depending on the menu and the pace of your table at the table. Please tell us about allergies or dietary restrictions when you book so we can confirm what is possible.
